Our Story
Cindy Ericks founded Ericks Environmental Consulting originally in September of 1992 (starting as a Home Inspector -Inspection Services of North Florida and Radon Tester). Cindy began specializing in Mold Assessments, Moisture Intrusion and Indoor Air Quality in March of 2003. Mainly, we perform mold assessments which include indoor air quality (on a mold level primarily), moisture inspection and mold protocol. This requires a Mold Assessor License in the state of Florida (note: mold remediation requires a license and both cannot be performed on the same property by FLORIDA LAW). We will be glad to discuss any of your specific needs and concerns. We also perform full pre-purchase building inspections, insurance wind and 4 point inspections as well as maintenance inspections.
